Dwight thinks aloud, "What should I write at the
beginning of a new year?"
Malia suggests, "How're ya doin' people?"
"So how're ya doin'?"
One of the joys of Christmas for us is looking back over our Christmas tree
ornaments. Many of them are representative of our lives at the time they
were given--some with pictures of our family (looking very young), some
symbolizing when we first came to Taiwan, attended language school, tea house
dates and others. Each one calls up special memories of our lives together
as a family and God's blessings. Living a legacy includes passing stories
down with visual reminders. We hope this Christmas gave you time to
remember special times and pass them on to family and friends.
This last weekend Andrea, her friend Emily, David, Stacie, and Daniel said
goodbye and headed back to the US. What fun to be together in Taiwan for
Christmas.
Deb flew in Wednesday night so we are quickly getting back into our
routine.
May God richly bless you this year as we work together to bring His joy,
light and courage to each of our communities.
In Him,
Dwight and Beckie
